Quickish Pizza Dough
For sure now our favorite weeknight pizza. Don't want a bland pizza or prep the night before, this is the pizza for you.
- 321 g of a warm beer
- 535 g of a high protein all purpose flour
- 7 g of fine salt
- 12 g of sugar
- 10 g of yeast
- 23 g of olive oil
- Warm beer to 95 degrees and add yeast, bloom for 5 mintues
- Add all dry ingredients to bowl and mix
- Add wet ingredients and mix to a shaggy ball and kneed for 5 -7 minutes and form a tight ball.
- Let rise for 1-2 hours or doubled in size
- Preheat oven to 515 F
- Divide dough into 3 pieces and let rise for for 30 minutes
- Add toppings and bake in oven for 9-12 minutes till pizza is cooked all the way through
